Conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been shot at a campus event in Utah, and things are not looking good for him.
President Donald Trump’s ally was doing what he usually does: talking to supporters and critics before shots rang out. According to the group’s website, he was at Utah Valley University for the first stop on Turning Point’s “American Comeback Tour. “
Kirk, the co-founder of Turning Point USA, appeared to be struck by a gunshot in a video from the event. Soon, footage would come out showing that he was actually hit in the neck.
Up-close footage from a fan showed the moment he was shot and how chaos erupted soon after.

Kirk, a supporter of Kyle Rittenhouse, is said to be in critical condition and fighting for his life.
“Say a prayer for Charlie Kirk, a genuinely good guy and a young father,” Vice President Vance wrote on social media.
“We must all pray for Charlie Kirk, who has been shot,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
“A great guy from top to bottom. GOD BLESS HIM!” wrote Trump.
